Bob Schoutsen (born July 19, 1951 in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland) is a former backstroke swimmer from The Netherlands, who competed for his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1968. His best individual result in Mexico City, Mexico was the sixth place in the 100m backstroke (1:01,8).
